Prescription Drug Drop Off Locations

Properly disposing of unused prescription drugs (pills, syrups, patches, etc.) can help prevent the growing problem of prescription drug abuse and misuse.
If you are homebound or unable to reach a drop off location call the health department and we can supply you with a in home disposal kit.

Naloxone Available Without a Prescription

Naloxone is a narcotic that can treat an overdose in an emergency situation. If you know someone at risk, it can be life-saving to have on hand.

  • While supplies last, Naloxone is available at the Bear River Health Department for FREE and includes a short training on use.
  • Naloxone is also available at some pharmacies without a prescription.
